Fraudo combined with Incursus = roughly 42cm head to toe. Just under 44cm with the upgrade kit. That's about 16.25" and right at 17". The gun barrels come to about 19.25" and the end of the helicopter is about 20" folded, about 22.25" if the rotor is fully in vehicle mode.
