I recommend pouring them into stainless steel colander or something similar to cool to room temperature. Then put them in a degas container or bag. Let them degas at least overnight. I recommend buying good green coffee beans. Sweet Maria's has good green coffee beans. I keep my notes on loose leaf paper, so that I store them in a binder alphabetical.
