This system has a 15 amp outlet, so the customer can plug their caravan in and run all of the electrics, including the microwave, air-conditioner, induction cooker, coffee machine, hairdryer, washing machine, laptop, chargers and more. This system can fast charge from the alternator, as well as solar simultaneously giving these guys and unlimited power supply anywhere anytime.  the rolling generator as we call it with nearly 7 kWh of lithium battery storage.
Fast charge from any power supply, including generators and any 10-15a power supply.
A simple plug-in setup just like you would any electric vehicle.
This set up is great if you are not willing to invest this set up into your caravan.

Hey Matt. Such a sweet set up. What battery did you use in this set up? Do you either recommend power Paul or victron lithium ? Victron seems to over complicate using seperate BMS..

Hey mate just seeing what you would recommend, im putting a dcdc charger in and didnt know if i should run the 2 orion 30s or wait till the orion 50 to come out. Cheers
OK spotted a problem - you said " 2 x Dc-DC chargers, so they can FAST charge the LiFePo4 battery bank. 60amps into a 7kW Lithium battery bank is far far from FAST charging. This is the disadvantage to this method of charging Lithium's- its way too slow as these Lithium's can accept a LOT of input current since the internal resistance with these batteries is so low.
unless you change your alternator and spend thousands of dollars doing so, we maximize the existing alternators output also using solar at the same time that is what we call fast charging.
You must remember you're doing the best you can with what you've got vehicle mains and solar.

Biggest limitation is the fact the van only has power when the cars at the van....
That is correct.
However, this is what this customer wanted, as they are upgrading their caravan in the near future.
