Hey Andy! Great content, thanks for bringing this technical side of Bit Heroes!❤ Could you get into Mythic enchants & runes and how to get those efficiently? Farming 10M gold for runes and 1k rare material is so time-consuming. Is there a way to farm those quickly?
Depending on your team my answer may change, but in general I think Astabeard stands out as more useful vs other bait tanks than Woodtaroth vs other supports/healers. So I’d prioritize Astabeard
Andy, bangin video but it's February 6th, not April 1st, what is this "might be better than Glarzdos" talk? Unreasonable... Seriously, great vid, I'm getting one for sure!
idk, block isn't as good as DR. Barrier is great, but at 10% it's not doing much very often. I have ignitus ra and slowly grinding for kimusaba, so I think I'll probably pass on this one. Maybe get the schem anyway just in case. But I hate that they're making good missable event fusions. This is complete bs. I'd hate to start at the game and learn that I can't get a good fusion because I wasn't there.
That's the concept of gaming. You create event/time-gated content & it's not an "end all be all" Familiar, like say - Lerky. If Lerky were an event-gated familiar (ie: holiday type familiar as is Valentines for these 2 featured ones) then yes, 100% would be frustrating to know you got into the game [after the fact]. But that's how all gaming is. Some start early and see it from the ground up+ Some start in the middle and aren't too far out of the loop Some get into the game with 20+ tiers ahead of them Can't justifiably use the comparison here for FOMO, that'll only make your experience miserable long term with any game that has this model.
@@GilgameshGDLK It started with effectively cosmetic fusions, the Christmas grampz I think, now there's arguably good fusions in a "I wish I could get this" territory. It's the same people who brought us the bitverse and nfts, I don't trust their judgment not to crank up the power level further - and I'm not ok with missable schems as they are now regardless. Yeah sure, if you started today you'd still have to grind months of in-game time to get anywhere near the radar of a veteran. But you can grind mats, loot, gems... and you could all fusions too up until very recently. So it's not how all gaming is, because missable schematics are a relatively new thing. I'm not talking about fomo, I'm talking about locking non-cosmetic content behind any arbitrary missable window. I guess we had mounts and pets before under that category, except they were regular shop items, now that I think of it. Well, I don't like the expansion of the concept. Imagine missable sets, mythics... ancients...? Sounds stupid. This is coming from a guy who logged in every day for over 6 years now, I'm not missing anything I wanted, I just think it's dumb. PS: and I'll take your word for the DR/block argument, I feel like 100% block + some DR ignitus is very squishy, but compared to teith which is the other tank fam I use most nowadays, not to something like glarz which hasn't seen much play in a while

In Ele% Content = Block > DR 100% Block only cares about "how much" damage not "what type" of damage / Where as DR is an Ele% now (was part of the major game shift with Ele% introduction). If you can get 100% block then it will out pace Glarzdos in majority of the game's content. And then you have to also look at the skill set and go from there.
Ohhh new video!! Woot woot.
Great video andy, I am already farming for Astabeard to replace glarz.
It’s bittersweet replacing Glarz after all this time 🥹
Any replacement for Glarz is an improvement! GL!

Crazy how some new player could get a glarz replacement at t1 💀

Sadly my best advice for gold and rare mats is to just play consistently- and use gold boosts!
Guess it will be my new goal after ula

I hear ya and totally agree, cool to see the familiars, but it does suck for a new player who starts in March lets say and cannot get them
