Flysurfer Soul V2 12 m first sessions

First sessions with the new Flysurfer Soul 12 m in light to moderate wind conditions. Overall the new version is lighter and has been improved in every aspect but what impressed me mostly is the quicker steering response. The new Soul is a great kite for freeriding, jumping and foiling.

Thanks for the Video. How would you compare this kite against flysurfer gear from 10 years back. you have videos of a unity 12 for example.

Hi Stefan, my pleasure. Compared to the old Flysurfer kites the Soul represents a big improvement: lighter, more stable and reactive. The canopy is more durable and rigid when the kite is inflated. Speaking about the low end I can say that is similar as well as the lift and hang time. What defines the new Soul is the way It flyes, more intuitive and predictable even in gusty winds conditions not to mention that can be easily trimmed. Have fun and ride safe.
