Magic was a common thing during Moses’ time, its why god showed them miracles related to magic, Medicine was the common thing during Jesus time, so god showed them great Miracles of healing the blind and raising the dead which medicine can never do. During prophet mohammed’s time, Arabic literature was the common thing, so god sent the Quran and it was super unbelievable for those arabs because they know how well written this is and it can’t be done by a human. God always sends signs and miracles for whatever is common at that time.

Yes, we will have our memories. Because If we didn’t have our memories, we would be able to say to Allah, “I never did that. Why are you punishing me?” We will know exactly why we are being punished or rewarded. Otherwise, it wont make sense

none of your questions were stupid it was actually surprising how quickly you asked the most important questions to increase your understanding of this. you are very humble and intelligent. do note there is a verse here that says, do not be in haste with this Quran. that means to all of uds: dont be in a hurry as you will get less benefit ... but think about it and read the verses again and again to understand them as there are so many aspects to think about, to discuss and apply. i really love that verse.
