Having actually travelled and lived internationally, I KNOW it is not that easy for a foreigner to get married in a different country. They literally got married within days of meeting. Also there had to have been certain religious procedures to follow prior to a non-Muslim converting and then marrying.

The husband can legally have a 1st first but also can stay the night with the second wife under a misyar marriage, hence them "living together". maybe this is the case with them? Seems like a lot of work, time and expense to travel to another country 3-4 times a year for an extended time. Just from investigators on the internet, I don't feel they could ever be married even in the least legal marriage there is in Kuwait. Kuwait doesn't recognize an adult woman from another non-Muslim country with no family in Kuwait as marriage material. If Kuwaiti border security get suspicious of her when she goes back and they decide to take a closer look at her, there's a good chance they'll look at her texts and social media. I wrote this in another comment so imma copy and paste 😅: from my 5 minute google Search. A misyar marriage allows you to have a second wife. The husband can legally have a 1st first but also can stay the night with the second wife under a misyar marriage, hence them "living together". maybe this is the case with them? Thats why sal isnt always around? Maybe that is why she stuck with the visa she has now. She can't get a kuwait family visa ( which will allow her to stay in kuwait up to 3 years) because they're not " legally" married. Just a Misyar marriage 🤔

Just from investigators on the internet, I don't feel they could ever be married even in the least legal marriage there is in Kuwait. Kuwait doesn't recognize an adult woman from another non-Muslim country with no family in Kuwait as marriage material. They obviously are not married, but that doesn't mean she doesn't believe they are married. Salah is a scammer both in life and business and I think he has pulled the wool over her eyes.
