As a newbie GK about to enter pre-season, this was a good watch - even though 100% focused on men's game despite the growth in women's football being huge. I loved the sign off pieces of advice at the end. Particularly the advices of blokes 4 and 5 and 6. I also am an accidental GK, but I struggle to enjoy the position and get really stressed. Got my new boots and water bottles today, and training has started so taking all the vibes and advice and support forward to training tomorrrow. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant video! For me confidence is the biggest thing and once your confidencr drops in a game thats it a keeper is crippled and bound to make mistakes, its about keeping your head up and not giving a shit and let nothing phase you. What is the best colour for a keeper kit, my kit is red for my Sunday league team
