This is a really nice looking model. His sleeve is a little wonky looking but still pretty good. I like how he doesn't look stiff like a lot of other models I've seen for him. Also the fact that you made the ring on his wolf head dangle and move makes this model all the more realistic. As for the fabric glitch, even as is, still does not look bad. Fixing glitches like that is a pain that even I have not mastered. All in all, this is a really wonderful model. :)
This is really cool! You're right, the skirt thing twitching around and phasing through the rest of him is distracting and needs to be fixed, but other than that, it's some great work. Also, it is incredibly awesome and hilarious to see Cloud Strife dancing like this!
I know how to fix it the side skirt thing problem. I've been using PMD editor for a long time to know. There's a skirt plugin that does the work for ya

I think the physics were a little bit messed up. That happens a lot in vocaloid dance videos like certain parts of the clothes phase through the body or the hair goes all over the place.

+Gamelover The issue was the cloth by the legs didn't have proper physics, I have since then fixed the issue.
