🍝 还记得周星驰电影《食神》嗱喳面吗？香港的嗱喳面，其实就是现在大家常听到的“车仔面”。广东话“嗱喳”的意思是肮脏， “嗱喳面”难道就是传说中的肮脏面？
🥢在森美兰州的Lukut，有一家名为【麵久拉揸面】经营了超过60年，并且祖传四代。其实拉揸面是他们祖传的手工面，这和香港的嗱喳面没有任何关系喔！

🥢In Lukut, Negeri Sembilan, there is a restaurant called "Mee Lazat Mian Jiu" that has been in business for over 60 years. It has been passed down through four generations. Their speciality is 'Dirty Mee', a type of handmade noodle which is their family recipe. It has becomes a favourite among many locals.
