Is the boiling necessary? I did sea bucktorn juice today and I mixed it with water, then rinsed out the fluid in a jar. No problem. I personally would add some sweet fruit or lime juice. Sugar is not a healthy sweetener.
Aronia or choke cherry is bitter and can gag you if not diluted. You can use local raw honey. I have Aronia berries and they have a hard bite if taken too fast.
most of these people here, saying why sugar, why boil??? are you gastronomes, or food scientist? no, then, what? these aronia fruit, is difficult to eat without treatment.
I certainly understand sweetening aronia berries (a bit)...but WHITE SUGAR? omg. That's just beyond ridiculous, especially when there are far more healthy natural sugars (or sweeter natural juices could be added).
How is this supposed to treat inflammation and diabetes when you put that much sugar into it?
Good point lol, maybe it's in there for preservation and you can leave it out

Is the sugar like a yeast to ferment it?
Boiling the juice then adding 4 spoons of sugar!!!!! It's like drinking Coca-Cola 😅
Putting refined suger in juice mean u spoil all the juice ingredients. 🤦
When should we drink morning or afternoon?
Nice video thanks for sharing
It is not healthy at all ,4 spoon sugar ?

Adding so much sugar, doesn't help diabetes at all.

Adding sugar defeats the entire healthy purpose!
Exactly! I love plain fruit juice with no sugar
FYI sugar doesn’t cause diabetes.
Sure does
It does-
The four heaping spoonfuls of sugar just ruined the good properties lol!
You messed up with all that sugar. I juice aronia and drink 30-50ml a day, dont add anything its delicious on its own.
Aronia with water and sugar? You don’t know enything about Aronia!
You don't need to put sugar because aronia has all ready
Noo. Aronia is so bitter...
