Reservations in Paradise 2019 - Featured Chefs

In celebration of Shangri-La Boracay's 10th anniversary, we brought back the resort's signature food and wine weekend event, Reservations in Paradise last March 1-3, 2019.
This year's stellar lineup of culinary stars included the resort's Executive Chef Gilles Galli, Executive Sous Chef Alain Rion, Pastry Sous Chef Anna Atilon, and guests from Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila's Executive Chef Joris Rycken and 2-Michelin star chef Michel Portos.
