Murphy must be feeling a crazy sense of justification/deja vu. It must be cathartic. New city same shit lol I think the best part is when I had the realization that the judges read this stuff and laugh to themselves about it.
To me this is the biggest issue as well. It would be fine for the cops word to carry more weight IF and only if the punishment for being found to lie under oath is removal from the PD and they actually did so.
one of the cool aspects of this from Ramee is that Murphy has always been in CG but he's been off on an island by himself. With Ramee doing this he's creating link which creates a real reason for Murphy to be more involved with CG. IDK if they are doing this intentionally but it seems like they have a plan to be really powerful in 4.0 as a group. Murphy is a judge, Ramee is a lawyer, Carmella is a doctor and K is having the captain of the police move in to their house. That's a ton of insider information that they can all pull together later on.
Ive been saying for years all this high tier criminal were fucked because of dumb evidence in the past so they have experienced on and reasons to be angry at cops. Thus, for me atleast i want high tier criminal to have atleast have one character for government employees.
This also brings back old convos from 3.0 where pure cop characters dont have an understanding of how it feels to be a crim, only cops that truly got it where those who had legit crim chars as well as cop chars, by legit chars i mean actual criminals with arcs and everything not just a char they log in on once in a blue moon or a walking shitpost like the Blocks
I'm sure that this would be a lot different if, as a lawyer, you're allowed to put in complaints about police officers for disrespect to them as well resulting in DAPs and/or favorable judgement in their current case.
i love this arc finally someone with energy trying to take on pd and with actually bullshit can just be the best for everyone in the city
Plenty of characters have tried to change the PD and DOJ but nothing changes so everyone gives up
ye sadly @@MewDenise

Bro this arc has been so much fun to watch!! Love the lawyer not giving a damn energy haha
Lawyer arc is fire
That judge is saying cause the cops take an oath they cannot lie even if they are lying and caught doing it.

The bigger man has never worked with PD there 😂 you have to treat them like they need to be treated about time a lawyer does something
