I received one of these puzzles last week. I can do the 3x3 cube in 2min 16, but I've been too scared to even scramble this one. Now I have found this video I may attempt it... Update: I can't turn it how he turns it. My blue piece is always smooth on the left side before turning. My colours are different as well which doesn't help. Mine are pink blue and green so I have been substituting the pink for his red but I'm not sure if my colours are next to each other the same. Basically, I can't do it at all

I am stuck at one point..in last layer, for yellow cross, when we check one piece zagged and other to be smooth..in this I get yellow in good condition (one piece zagged and one smooth) while green is both smooth..I tried all hit and trials..but no luck.. Can you please help me in this. TIA

Maybe it's like in a regular 3x3 cube...maybe you have to remove the piece and re-place it in the correct position. Did the cube fell on the ground?

when you say "smooth on the cube", when you mean the finger "stops" the word you are looking for is "Flush". when two pieces are flush.
