Also, in an era of mass media-consumption, viewers will flock to both channel, rather than one. There is no shortage of sponsorships and brand deals, either. It is difficult to become a top fitness influencer, but once you are there, there is an abundant amount of revenue. No one fights for scraps.
I'm only a few minutes into this and it's interesting how little Will is joking around. He really seems to be taking in a lot of this information as if he's a student at a lecture. I just watched Jeff do a video where machine bench was his S+ chest exercise. In this video he doesn't do it. Is Jeff changing what he thinks is the best chest exercise from month to month?
There was a study, you can go check junk volume video of jeff's. There is a volume chart. İf you trsin close to failure, you will give enough stimilus to grow muscle even with 1 set Go check mike mentzer But 1 set is obviously not enough, 8-16 sets per week are sweet spot for me But yeah you can stimulate growth with even 1 set per week if you train close to failure, but as he said, 3 sets may stimulate 60 perfent. İt means you nearly left half of the work Your first workung sets are has the most hypertrophy potential, bcs you are fresh and most powerful at your first set

But yeah you can stimulate growth with even 1 set per week if you train close to failure, but as he said, 3 sets may stimulate 60 perfent. İt means you nearly left half of the work
Your first workung sets are has the most hypertrophy potential, bcs you are fresh and most powerful at your first set
