    This doctor is a joke. What do you mean you "don't measure wounds"?
    That's ME 101. His description of the effects of a punctured lung were
    sinfully incomplete and his statement about the inability to determine
    or form an opinion, as to the order in which the wounds were inflicted
    is ridiculous. You can most certainly compare the deeper soft tissue
    surrounding the wounds and speculate the order of events based upon the
    amount of blood that had accumulated in the soft tissue before the point
    of death. 14 years in school and this guy can't even bring himself to
    care about this victim enough to expound upon statements that could be
    confusing to the jurors. You are a disgrace, sir.

    • @Patricia-kb5qv
      @Patricia-kb5qv 5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Absolutely. Very lazy ME. Most are very detailed.

    • @melissamoss9253
      @melissamoss9253 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I figured a lot of his lackadaisical manner or failure to do some things a typical ME would do were due to the level of decomposition. However, I don't like that he refers to her in this personal case as "the individual" or "the decedent." He's not writing a report; the lawyers refer to her by name in their questions, so why can't he respond with her name, too?

    • @melissamoss9253
      @melissamoss9253 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      He was also extremely lazy about the potential time of death based on decomposition. There's a big difference in "several hours to maybe a day" and three days! Even in the Florida climate in September, you wouldn't get that level of decomp in a few hours.

    • @Calken54

    I'm not a dr. But bloating, skin slippage, turning green after several hours or a day?? With no water involved, that's highly unlikely. That would be closer to 36-48 hrs, right? I've had some education in this, fascinated by anatomy and true crime all my life. This ME is chief?? I'd hate to see who lost the job to him. Omg he's the worst examiner I've EVER SEEN take the stand. I'm actually shocked!!

    • @melissamoss9253
      @melissamoss9253 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@susanelliott2831 It would depend on the climate, but even under Florida conditions, that level of decomposition shouldn't happen within a few hours or a day like he said. She went missing on 9/27 and was found on 9/30. 3 days is far more likely for that level of decomposition.

    anyone notice the ME put a glove on his right hand then with his ungloved left hand he adjusts the right hand glove by linking fingers??? Uh, left hand touches gloved hand... Meaning he just put his
    DNA on the glove on the right hand so anything he touches with the right hand is contaminated with his DNA! you only handle gloves at the opening when putting it on. This ME should not be an ME just for that incident. He's arrogant, doesn't have the time of day to answer questions. He's horribly unprofessional. Hes got some issue mentally with his rapid blinking. I seriously doubt some other professional county would ever hire him if they watched this video. Would you hire him?

    He wasn't a medical examiner he was a forensic pathologist that's what you all aren't getting google the difference. And there was a pre trial ruling about being careful about information shared as to the autopsy per request of the family and also other information act that would have prejudiced the jury (only god knows why that ruling was made) all parties and potential witnesses are made of pretrial rulings
