Hi Amanda. I have been doing intermittent fasting for about a year off and on and it definitely gets easier. My mind and body feel so much better utilizing this eating pattern. Wishing you all the best. Great video as usual

Love this set up way more than the one before. I just recently did my closet (two weeks ago to be exact) and i did it this way. I think it’s prettier to have handbags with handbags and shoes with shoes plus I believe it to be more functional this way.

I love chai also! You should try an iced chai w/almond milk with a pump of vanilla, one pump of cinnamon dolce add nonfat cold foam! It’s my go to from Starbucks recently

Starbucks usually Carrie's an almond milk that has added sugar. You may want to try ordering your beverage of choice but bringing a small amount of almond milk that is unsweetened with you. I know it sounds inconvenient but I do this all the time because I do not enjoy added sugars.

Hey, doll!!! love your closet, I'm considering CC closets but I do have a question how is the durability of your closet? I got a quote already which is 24K for my walk-in the only problem is that I found they don't use real wood they use recycled wood fiber which the cheapest version. I don't know what to do because I really do Love CC closets.

Try goat milk with your coffee. It’s naturally lactose free and has a lot more flavor than cow milk.

Omg DYING right now. This morning I wanted an Iced Chai Tea Latte but was like I need to cut back on the dairy 😂 so I ordered it with almond milk too! Definitely not bad but I only put 2 pumps Chai for mine! Then also went to Chick Fil A and was like what’s healthy opted for the Cool Grilled Chicken Wrap- which the tortilla it’s in is a little high in carbs but when not getting any sides it’s fine and also drizzled zesty buffalo all over it 😂

I haaaaate the brand of almond milk that Starbucks uses. Try the coconut milk & one less lump chai than you normally get. It’s PERFECTION!
Same, it's so sweet. I love almond milk, but there isn't that good. For some reason, that day it didn't taste as bad as I remember though.

Blue Lion is owned by Heather and her husband Steven right? Your hair is so beautiful and long! I'm definitely considering going lighter myself. I've been coloring my hair jet black for years and I've finally committed to growing it out! So this gave me some motivation to go for the color!
I am not sure about the building, but each space is independently rented out by each business owner. That space is Riley's, nobody else works out of that space and she doesn't work for anyone. It's her own business. Check her out, she's bomb.
How do you do your intermittent fasting with your kids? Would you eat with your kids or later in the day? I have a toddler and would like to try this but sounds tricky with kids.
My kids are in school, so my first and second meal they are still in school. I usually just eat dinner after them. They like to eat early, so it works out no problem for us. XOXO

I never comment but I wanted to share that I am lactose intolerant so milk upsets my tummy. I looove milk and lattes. I use lactose free milk at home amd take a lactaid pill when I am out and drink regular milk. Works great for many years now.
