love when people go all out for halloween like me! not going to disney but this year im being hades from hercules and doin sfx makeup for his teeth,eyes and spraying my hair blue!
Hoping to someday do NSSHP. We have done Disneyland's Halloween party, and it was nowhere near as good. Very little candy, and what there was, was meh. Lots of twizzlers, smarties, and "throw away" sweets, and more often than not my kids got to a candy stand and were given dried fruit or animal crackers. Price of admission did not equate with take homes in candy and treats at all. Last year, my friends and I did the Boo Bash at WDW and while we did get enough soda and waters to last our entire week in the parks, and though the candy was all Mars and infinitely better, we still didn't get as much out of the experience (especially since most of the rides were shut down)- though I can say, your costume quality hypothesis rang true for our group. The ones of us whom were wearing very detailed, out of the norm, and creative costumes did bring in a bit more of the sweet stuff in our bags.

Great costume. It really turned out amazing. Can’t wait for my dates to come up. Thanks for the tricks for candy. Lol.
