I like how it began with them bringing the engine out of the engine shed and lighting the fire with oily rags and some news paper. I am guessing that they had built it in the fire box and checked the water level in the boiler back in the shed before hand?

I wasn't aware it didn't. I always thought this was how it was supposed to be, but a lot of people say they have never heard the narrated one.
