I think this was my favorite scene in the whole series, It was non-stop between Linda Lavin and Bonnie, and then Jill busting in all psychotic. Not to mention the mental torture that Violet and Gregory were experiencing🤣
“Well Phil… , who am i to judge, I’m a middle-aged woman” “What is that got to do with anything?” “I just wanted to know I’m a lot younger than you are” Damnn Bonnie, who hurt you😂😂
She was annoying tbh anyways I couldn't stand her always complaning about everything her mom ever did instead of doing something with her life but I will say she kind of made the show interesting but still a pain in the butt literally tho😂
My mother did and it was more like getting boiled in hot grease. She would berate me more than her other children at home, in public, in the car, etc! She would use Jewish guilt on her children just to make us feel guilty. Yes, some mothers will do this to their children and some mothers do not.
I found season 4 on library shelf. Watched 5 and 6. Now waiting on 7 and 8. Bored with the contrived family BS, of S1, tho. I wouldn't even pay to watch it on Prime. I'm glad her kids are gone by S4. Just annoying and lifeless characters..
"Thank you Mary Poppins"🤣🤣
"mom, can you take you're dumbass life outside?"🤣🤣🤣🤣
Linda Lavin turned in a brilliant performance. It's so hard to be overbearing and lovable at the same time.

@@dublinjazz1 I still remember her from " *ALICE* ". Lotta years..
she was marvelous as the conniving mom in Brockmire. Great choice for the role both times.
This is so funny. This show is so underrated.
Verryyyyy muchhhhhh
Yeah ,
So very true
I Already watched it like 4 times, no serie that I like this much!!
How is it underated?
"Can you imagine what they are like when they drank?" 😁😂😂😂
Thank you Mary Poppins. 😂
Such an underrated show! This segment was awesome. Linda Lavin rocked this.
Linda Lavin from the 70's sitcom 'Alice' is so funny here.
3:22 ------------ "Thank you Mary Poppins".

Savage 😆
Her mom
Hey old lady started it by saying they were close in age when they weren’t…Bonnie, just finished it.!!
This episode was hilarious! 🤣🤣🤣 One of my favorites from the show!
The funniest bit of this scene was Jill crying and saying "WHAT THE HELL AM I EATING?!?!?!?!?!"
I can't find this clip anymore. can you share the link?
I liked when Jill said her ex husband “ knocked up his whore.” Lol. And she said that right in front of Phyllis, Violet, and Gregory.
Lol then Gregory's mom says "I've been asking the same thing" 😂😂😂
Linda Lavin was hilarious here!
She's calling them all out on their bs.
Enjoy hell kid.
Literally, the funniest written episode ever! 😅😅😂
“Look at that tiny tush..I hate her!”
I just love Linda Lavin in this show. Wish she had her own sitcom.
She is now a weekly regular on CBS sitcom "B Positive". And it's a good comedy show. Rare these days.....
Linda Lavin starred in the classic sitcom Alice based on the movie, Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.
This is my new favorite show that I’ve watched! this was a great scene 😂😂😂
Thank you, Mary Poppins 😂
Love Phyllis on the show lol hope the character returns
I want violet's dad to show up
@@edchanful isn't Chris pratt violets father lol
@@dannydark1452 nope, chris pratt just a guest
@@edchanful well that I know but who is he? In the show I mean... oh okay marjorie's nephew LOL okay nevermind
Linda Lavin's got a regular gig on the CBS sitcom "B Positive". It's actually a pretty decent comedy show too. Rare these days.
I love Linda Lavin in mom she is hilarious exclamation never get tired of watching the sitcom
Zetz with the big boys
I miss the best part of this scene where Linda praised Anna. I thought it was beautiful.
Linda Lavin is AWSOME…
Loved her in Alice…
I’m glad she put violet in check
They should have kept LINDA LAVIN and Gregory in a few more episodes 😁👍🏻
I love Linda Lavin as Phyllis! Gotta love my fave show Mom!
Genius writing
"Zshzshzsh!!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Gregory is played by the same actor that played the elf Bernard in The Santa Clause movies with Tim Allen. He’s awesome.
I wish this showed the rest of that scene. It really was a good episode.
4:08 Do something !
Brilliant show!
This episode was all about Linda Lavin.
WELCOME to the family!!
The dance was good.
Why does Christy feel the need to tell ALL of her and her family's dirty laundry as soon as she meets people?!
1:15 lol Bonnie
Alice Was So Good in This Seen
I loved that show.
I have no idea how, what or where the writers - get their ideas. But for me it's impeccable.
The person who typed in the title spelled dinner wrong they put diner LOL 😂
I just realized it’s titled “family diner” not “family DINNER”
good video decent scene
This was a good episode. I hate they got rid of Violet
She was annoying tbh anyways I couldn't stand her always complaning about everything her mom ever did instead of doing something with her life but I will say she kind of made the show interesting but still a pain in the butt literally tho😂
I think she's irritating and disrespectful. Nothing funny about that.
@Lee Brown Well apparently Christy and Bonnie made up so she was able to get past it and her past didn't hurt her anymore
Too funny
Phyllis is the jewish version of Lucille Bluth
i kinda agree on violet...
Do moms actually roast their kids like that?
My mother did and it was more like getting boiled in hot grease. She would berate me more than her other children at home, in public, in the car, etc! She would use Jewish guilt on her children just to make us feel guilty. Yes, some mothers will do this to their children and some mothers do not.
Yes!
When necessary.
Yes
LOL!
What was her name? The one with the teeth?😂
Bro why couldn’t u do the whole scene…that just made me mad lol
I agree. The best part of the scene is when Jill shows up, and that part was cut here.
Lol Anyone know what episode this is???
Season three episode seven
😂😂😂
I loved these early years of the show. Lost interest when it stopped being about the family.
I do agree. This was when Mom was at its best. The show should’ve ended with the S5 finale, but Seasons 6-8 just didn’t feel the same (especially 8).
@@isaiahhill2104 nah I loved having Bonnie and Adam at the centre of the show. I'm glad it kelt going.Tammy was great too 😊
