Not sure if they did on yours but on the hinge side of the door, the plates are supposed to go on the bottom and middle hinges and not the top one. No one can kick that high. I only say this because the kits only come with two hinge plates. If you don’t have one on the bottom hinge you should call them back and have them do it correctly and reinstall the top one onto the bottom hinge. Just my two cents.
