No I didn’t have to adjust the base support. The LED that I originally had is no longer available but I have since replaced it with a better LED from Amazon. @@swss Hi, i would like to thank you for the advice and the reference of the LED. I just install it and it's work perfectly. Did you as i did remove the black rubber seal ? I cannot install it with the rear fan.
@@ashrakri originally no the red LED with the fan at the front of the bulb had sufficient clearance for the rubber seal to fit back over it. However, with the new one there is not sufficient space. However, it seals using a rubber grommet round the inside of the LED and therefore the rubber seal on the back of it is not required. I’ve been running it for almost a year in torrential rain and never had a problem.
