Hi I am a former high jumper.(2.30PB) I wanted to draw your attention to what, 2 steps before you jump you pick up your 2 hands above your head. I wanted to ask why are you doing this?
@@johnvpitta Yes, it’s noticeable that you raise your hands much less in the end) And habits like that are hard to break and scratching your foot before jumping doesn’t help either, you're probably working on this with a coach)) this movement really spoils your rhythm. and this one of the most important things in a jump. correct rhythm) you have excellent explosive jump! I think if you fix the technical "problems" you’ll be able to jump easily 2- 2.05 meters) good luck to you)
