There was so many times here where you can just beat his Ass if you just auto him.. Tear start, frozen fist first into fimbul. Then spirit/knights. And end with warmog or hull. Maybe be spicy and go dawncore last.
The amount of times he'd reset his (poorly chosen to max) Q and not use it for like 3 extra seconds and then die with 80%+ mana while basically unbinding his W and not using his R
fun fact: did you know you can cast your shield on yourself? Noticed a lot of fights where you were not utilizing the shield 1v1. Know this was basically a throw away game but just thought if you get in this situation again, you should know that.
