    Brilliant! I'm a 'trauma-informed' yoga teacher and currently receiving EMDR therapy myself. I love Jamie's integrated holistic approach! I also love that she speaks from experience with dissociation, this makes her seem MORE credible imo (not talking 'bs' as another comment suggested). Thank you for sharing this interview

    no offense.. but youre interviewing someone about healing from dissociation through EMDR.. who STILL has clinical dissociation? this makes it seem like EMDR is BS

      Dissociation isn’t a bad thing in and of itself.
