Each person has a unique collection of personal assets. This reservoir of unique resources is a stockpile built over time of different life experiences and circumstances, coined as identity capital. It comes in varying forms. Some of which participate in the exchange of value, such as the skills and knowledge we have. While others are more characteristic and natural, including our morals, heritage, the way we speak, how we approach problems, and how we appear in front of others.
Our selected artists unravel the different narratives that make up this “identity capital” through a two-chapter series. We explore the personal records of artists from Nazareth, Lud, Jerusalem, Nablus, and Ramallah through the art of Spoken Word.

يراكم كل منا، عبر التجارب والظروف الحياتية، مجموعة فريدة من "الأصول" الشخصية. تبني هذه الأصول، مع مرور الزمن، مخزوناً من المعارف والخبرات أصبح يعرف بـ "رأسمال الهوية". يتمثل هذا الرأسمال الفردي بأشكال عدة، منها ما يمكن مقايضته بقيمة معينة، أو ببدل؛ مثل مهاراتنا أو معارفنا، ومنها ما يُمسي متأصلاً فينا كأخلاقنا، وإرثنا، وطريقة كلامنا وحضورنا، وطريقة مواجهتنا للمشاكل.
في فعالية تعبيرية، تمزج الكلام المحكي والموسيقى، يقدم فنانون وفنانات رؤيتهم لمعنى ولمسار تشكيل "رأسمال الهوية". يفككون قصصهم الشخصية لتتبع الوقائع المفصلية التي تغير الفرد، وتشكل "رأسمال الهوية" الخاص به وبها. وبالمقابل، أيضاً، نستكشف السياقات والظروف الخارجية التي تتحكم بنا كأفراد، وتشكلنا، وتجعلنا مختلفين.
حيث تسير السلسلة على نسق من البحث والتعبير، تتداخل فيهما الموسيقى مع الكلمة، ونستمع خلالهما إلى أصوات من الناصرة، اللد، القدس، نابلس ورام الله.
