Browser bike/ flame runner has the best combo of good drift and speed which makes it best for most courses on time trials. Mach bike has slightly better drift and slightly slower speed, they are nearly evenly matched but flame runner is just better. Flame runner also has a greater mass so it doesn't get pushed around easily like mach bike
