  • Favorite Single Leg Box Jump Variation
    This exercise is my favorite single leg jumping plyometric exercise to improve single leg jumping ability! This single leg jump can be done from a stand still where no momentum is used, or it can take advantage of the stretch shortening cycle by walking or running into the jump to build speed.     Do u have any ankle sprain rehab advice? I had some light (1-2 grade) sprain 3 weeks ago, I used tape and then rested till yesterday, when started doing light exercises and walking. I wonder if it’s ok if my feet hurts?
    Is it cause I give a load after the leg was inactive for 3 weeks or cuz ligaments are still damaged?
    I mean I had no bloody marks when injured the ankle, and the swelling was gone in 7 days, lately ankle is the same visually but once I load it, it hurts on the low outer side and inside….
    Should I push though the pain when doing rehab exercises?
