Although she does have priority the car is beyond the give way line (creeping) so even is she was to drive on she would have had to swerve pass which is dangerous. Plus, the oncoming lane was clear and the car signalled right so she should realised that the car was going to pull out since there was a gap to emerge. Best way to handle the situation was to spot the car’s signal, anticipate a hazard, slow down and briefly stop whilst the car emerged
@@simplyjo.3928 just thinking if the roles were reversed and she was doing the exact thing as the other driver creeping like that and slowing down the other car she would of still got a serious, so both ways learners can’t win really. I understand why is a serious but it’s annoying because sometimes doesn’t seem fair.
