Pastor Finley, none of us would be saved by working for God, winning souls, and preaching the everlasting gospel. works will not save us. God is not looking for nice people, but for those who keep the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. Sir, by now you, the conference, and everyone know the Babylon poison was and is wrong that the conference rejected to revisit the decision made, which affected the flock in many ways! Many died, others lost their jobs, and many are still suffering. If you do not know this by now, please do your research. You cannot hide things under the rug and continue preaching. As part of the General Conference and members of the body of Christ, we must have the fruit of the spirit, willing to humble ourselves since we are not perfect and not too big to fail. We cannot be saved by following leadership that does not follow the absolute. It is time to be honest with the people of God and do what is necessary in the sight of God. We ask God for forgiveness and repentance daily, and you must do the same. We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. God is direct, specific, and absolute. The conference must be held accountable and transparently by true leadership.
