The camera switches means they're using the main audio mix feed from the performer mics and maybe some overhead stage mics with the backing track as the show director is switching between camera feeds and can't have the audio perspective flip around. The "fan cams" are from cameras stationed at the back of the studio, so if they use the dedicated camera audio it's behind/closer to the crowd.
