Bill Watts was an old rich white businessman from the southern region. His outlook is “how I feel about blacks personally is irrelevant. There’s money to be made in that market.” Which should be how everyone looks like it. Idc about your personal beliefs as long as you don’t disrespect me and present a quality product we’re good. I could go into great detail why I think Montreal is a work that only Vince and Bret were in on...but Meltzer's "proof" is some wrestlers bought it and because Bret was meticulous in supporting it, even though he always covered it as though it was Bret vs Vince...which was the work.
This channel has the best shoot interviews out there by far.

For the first time in 30 years of watching this guy .... this is the interview that made me understand Meltzer as a "wrestling journalist." He's grown into his looks and now LOOKS like a professional, so it makes it easier to believe he's a serious career reporter, not just a shit-disturber obsessed with a staged sport. I have a new respect for Dave.

Good interview fam...I'm a fan of yours and i'll continue to support your content. I remember watching a video about you I think it was you. Are you the man who was going to get a break with the WWE possibly but they couldn't clear you because doctors found out you have Hep. C. Also it is believed you got it from Abdullah the Butcher. i may have some details wrong. If thats the case though and if you had to stop wrestling because of it that's so fucked up on Abdullah's part. That's why he's been getting awards from the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the Cauliflower Alley Club, which do know pro wrestling. Your statement basically contradicts them.

Dave Meltzer is a disgrace for pro wrestling much more than any bad worker. It is not only about him but wrestling critics in general, they treat it like a legit fighting sport doing reviews and symposiums about scripted fake matches, being so out of touch that they don't even realize how most of the viewers don't give a damn about match qualities as long as the storyline is hot. That's the reason why wwe is losing viewers week after week since they decided to put over average men who couldn't even cut a decent promo without having all wrote and scripted by others, just because they are great in ring workers.People like me fast forward till the end of the matches to see how good is the outcome and how they will try to explain and get something out of what just happened. Who cares about the flippy floppy acrobats if they look like your regular neighbour with less charisma and reliability? If they want to show how good they are at wrestling, they should try to do legit fights in MMA organizations. Wrestling is a complete different thing, because in this business people like Hogan and Austin got over, not Severn or Abbott and that's because it only matters what you do with a mic in your hands more than with a wannabe dancer in the ring
