This takes me back to my childhood! My grandmother and great grandma made quilts for each of us from clothing we out grew. As we moved out on our own we were then given the quilt.
Absolutely wonderful. Looking at it is a very evocative and an emotional experience. I hope it can go on tour so we can have a closer experience with these moving portrayals of black people in every day life.
