However, with the others, he WAS causing a public disturbance and filming or no filming, they DID have the right to kick him out because of that and also request the police summons him for creating that disturbance. But as for being trespassed for it, that depends on the state. For instance, in MY state, you cannot be trespassed from public property. However, in Florida which was where the last library was, you CAN be trespassed and the Florida Legislature leaves it up to the local governments to issue such bans.
