Man the title remind me of a story from my 6th grade. My teacher was pretty laid back, I'll call him Mr. GT since he was a Good Teacher. If we needing anything while he was teaching like a pencil or some water we didn't even have to ask and could just get up and get what we needed as long as we didn't make a scene. If we needed to go to the bathroom it was preferred if we waiting until we had a work period and then went so we didn't miss anything, but if you really really needed to go he'd let you. I often fell asleep in his class, nit because he was boring but because I rarely got sleep, and he'd let me sleep because it was so often. He pulled me aside once and told me he was really worried. Anyway, he was out one day and we had a sub. I'll call her Beth (I don't know of that was her actual first name, just was the first one I thought of). Beth went against all these rules, profusely scolding the entire class and tell us how horrible we were if even the slightest peep was heard, even if pen dropped would cause her to go ham. I remember just sitting there in disbelief as she forced us to sit in silence and stare at our desks or her as she scolded us. The following day when Mr. GT returned he told us that several students reported her and that the police was called on her after school and that Beth would no longer be subbing or teaching at our school. It really sucked but in the end Mr. GT was really apologetic on her behalf.
