I've never played an organ in my life, just piano when I was a kid. But thanks to you, hauptwerk and grandorgue I want to build a virtual organ and learn to play!
Same here. I used an old console and modified it using Arduinos as the midi encoder. The programming is not too hard ( I just cut and pasted ) - a set of contacts, an arduino, a program, plus 2 more IC chips (1 for half of the diode matrix - other half direct to Arduino inputs. 2 chip was a hex inverter - to condition the digital output from 3+V to a full 5V so the next device could read it reliably.) Much cheaper than a midiworks manual! All 7 midi outs went to a "midi merge" and the output of that went through a single USB converter to the Hauptwerk computer.
@@Tageine Wish I could understand and do this ,and then work a rugged Pedal Board contact mechanism.I am not a technical hand,though I understand a few terms.
This organ is out of tune in grandorgue I went to organ settings and tuned every rank up by 13 cents. This is my favorite sample set because of the reverb, the sound of course, and it’s imperfections make it sound perfect

Też tak mam ale zrobiłem tak ze w aplikacji Visual organ builder wybrałem dźwięki z tych sampli i później wystarczy ułożyć układ rejestrów kolor klawiatury i ine a później wystarczy kliknąć export On grand orgue i jest gotowe ale nie można usuwać folderu z organami a zwłaszcza z folderami z nagraniami

Wymienił bym ten krummhorn na trąbkę i przeniósł do 1 man., w pedale oktawbass zamienił na Cello, a choralbass na violon 16'.

Niestety mam problem. Przy ładowaniu do grand orgue wyskakuje log messages i sypia sie błędy. Ktoś pomoże ?

How can do a recording with Display of playing notes on the Manuals and Pedals?
