The TNA Impact game was released in 2008 by Midway Games for PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii & Xbox 360.
TNA, or Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling is now known as Impact Wrestling.

Chris Harris & the Sinister Minister were removed from the TNA Impact video game. Chris Harris's textures still exist, however.
I remeber getting this game and Smackdown vs RAW 2009 for christmas back in 2008.
Actually I loved that game when I was growing up I really hope aew can bring something like the tna game did
@@_h_r_1_ I agree you the short entrances in aew fight for ever and the tna game are very disappointing and underwhelming but I have hope that aew won’t have short entrances because if they do then people are going to be very disappointed to say the least
To this day this game looks graphically awesome.
Graphics and a cup of coffee don't mean shit. This game plays like ass.
It's crazy how good the game looks, especially when you compare it to WWE games from the same time. It's a shame we never got a sequel 😔

The TNA roster at that time was fantastic
This sure does serve all of us hardcore wrestling fans some good ass nostalgia, man. Well, as TNA Wrestling has since evolved right into Impact Wrestling, here's to absolutely hoping that Impact Wrestling will become very able to release their very own video game at some point in the forseeable future. And besides, of course we already know about the annual WWE 2K video game series AND we already know that AEW has a video game of their very own coming just really very, very soon as well.

This game, Deapite it's problem and issues. It's still fun to play 13 years later. The gameplay is cool, the graphics are phenomenal and the story mode is just something else.
Oh yeah, this game need a Fuckin sequel, with six sided ring and many many features like six side of steel match, king of the mountain match, weapon under the ring, the monster ball match, battle royal, the Knockout division, championship titles, a universe mode ecc.. all with a graphic engine like wwe 2k games, and why not a campaign of 20 year of TNA, like the campaign of wwe 2k14?
Wished this game had tag team entrances for Team 3D, Motor City Machine Guns and LAX.
This game was so awesome, my dad got it for me for my birthday. Miss you dearly old man! I played it every day I came home from school

I had TNA Impact but I don’t have it anymore 😂 so nostalgic 💯
Only thing missing in this game was the knockouts division, more weapons (ladder, table , bat etc) a steel cage match, and a battle royal match.... other than those things missing, this is still a solid 8 out of 10 for being the first competition against wwe games in a while.😌👌
This game was fun I really want them to put it on the PlayStation store so I can play it

Honestly I really enjoyed playing TNA Impact the game. I enjoyed it for what it is and didn't care what people complained about the game

Fun Fact: Petey Williams is in This Game as well he’s just DLC along with Kevin Nash.
I always loved how the heels came out the the heel tunnel and the faces came out the face tunnel

I just bought this game a few months ago I've not played it since it's release man it brings back memories. It's a shame they never followed up with a sequel I'd love to see a reboot though
TNA Impact was planned to have a sequel but Midway games that made the game went bankrupt and had to go out of business that's one of the reasons why Mortal Kombat belongs to Warner Brothers when it was originally a Midway product
A spiritual sequel is the way to go.

I was 6 months when this game came out
I have this and didn't realize Don West was included. I've unlocked a couple people in the Season Mode.
I still have the DS Cartage of the game, it's lacks aspects compare to the other ports but it has a special place in my heart
My favorite wrestler is sting. I played this game for hours a day
did you know in wwe 2k22 you can use the taunt sanity 1 as a cool attack

If they took notes from this game, where you cut out the ramp entrance and just left in the top and the ring. Made the stars this realistic and had that well of a story mode. The next game to do this would make bank

Shame they never got to make a sequel because the basic gameplay foundations were there and the graphics were great

It's crazy to think they didn't include women's matches considering how big the Knockout's division was at the time.
They had Christy Hemme...but that's it.
Not only, the six sided of steel match, the monster ball ecc...
And also a graphic engine like the wwe 2k's, and remember the campaign 30 years of wrestlemania of wwe 2k14, well a TNA videogame need the "20 years of Total Nonstop Action" Campaign

@@Smacktalks That would be a lovely side effect. The long 2K intros are dry without the proper tunes but unavoidable in this day and age.

For a first game it was really good; graphically it was way better than its competition. Story Mode was good but gameplay and roster size could've been much better.
Idc what anyone says but this game slaps. It's so good. Only aspect I don't like is the limited movesets and the kick out system

What a disappointing game. Former THQ employee Sanders Keel went to Rockstar and pitched a TNA game by AKI (after his time at THQ) and Rockstar said they didn't see how it was a money maker according to Keel's interview on Insiders Edge.
I'd much rather Midway had published it and AKI developed TNA Impact! Maybe they wouldn't be down the drain and there'd be some more AKI games and no All Stars. Or maybe All Stars would have played more like AKI's Ultimate Muscle.
No knock out division, not everybody that was in the company is in the game and the Entrances are short. Can't even have a title match... Not even the Graphics can help. There was point in this game 😒🤦🤷
the graphics of this game was on point but the interest suck the finishers was on point but no referees season mode sucked they had no championships and then for oil for you to get big high-ranking Superstars you have to get points also suck created player mode suck as well and to unlock finishing moves you have to get points suck and just like aew wrestling game they got short entrances as well
It pains me to say this but I actually bought the TNA Impact game, second worst wrestling game I ever played after WCW Backstage Assault.
