Bhai contract khatam ho raha hai 18th Dec ko notice period nahi diya. Employer ko 1 hafte pehle intimate kiya par wo chhodne ko ready nahi. Mera iqama aur 3 mahine tak valid hai kya main termination on expiry option le sakta hu?
भाई मैने एक बार कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टर्मिनेट कर दिया कंपनी को रिजाइन भी दे दिया, अब कंपनी बोल रही है कि कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टर्मिनेशन के रिक्वेस्ट वापस लो और रिजाइन भी वापस लो तो सैलरी बढ़ा देंगे,
तो मैने उनकी बातों पर यकीन कर के दोनों काम कर लिया अब कंपनी बोल रही है कि 6 महीना बाद बढ़ाएंगे
भाई अब में क्या करूं, किवा में दोबारा से कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टर्मिनेशन का ऑप्शन भी शो नहीं हो रहा है,
