Sketchers arch fit review

I talk about arch support/shoes.
2:21 I meant shoe bed not insole is flat in most shoes.

My arch fit only work for a while before the arches get compressed and no longer work at all. So much knee and hip pain as well as arch pain. Looking for alternatives as I live in them.

The easiest and cheapest fix if any Sketchers shoe is giving you blisters or callouses is to get rid of the socks.

Brooks though they are expensive have really good arch and stability built right into their shoes regardless of the insole. I could tell the difference immediately over skechers. Skechers are squishy but lack any kind of support.

Try a high cut Skechers Arch fit shoe, these low cut ones don't have enough arch built in. Please try at an exclusive Skechers store, all arch fit ones ain't equal.

I can vouch for Brooks...Skechers seem too soft..you need a non moving shank under your arch.

My feet are high arches and prone to plantar fasciitis..the arch fit from skechers healed my PF, had brooks but just didnt make my feet comfy

I did end up with a pair of Brooks later but no matter the brand, the model makes a difference. Sometimes they discontinue models I like (Mizuno kept doing this). But even with insoles they aren’t the best for long periods of time for me
