I'm a martial artist and I've studied Taekwondo, BJJ and Wing Chun. I just wanted to ask have you ever actually had a bout on streets? Coz of you had, these movements won't save you.
Execution is nice to look at but sorry to say, Aikido is not for Combat fighting, cage fighting or sparring. It requires coordination from Uke. It is not self defense for real fighters. Maybe it would work for those who don't have background in martial arts.
I like his class much better than this demo: th-cam.com/video/yPt2hWjrwss/w-d-xo.html In the demo it's bam bam bam, lots of hard falls, and also with the kotogaeshi it looks like he twists the wrist. I was taught (and agree!) that shihonage and kotogaeshi should not force or twist the joints or be painful. Then you have to jump out of it. The better way is to go in the direction of the fingers, and take up slack. Safer, and more agreeable, and just as effective. In the class he's going slower and that seems to be what he does there. The class is really excellent!
Aikido throws are not difficult to take. There are plenty of 60+ year old people successfully taking aikido throws in training. Judo throws are much more difficult to take. Many people who take judo throws at the older ages often switch to aikido because of how much easier it is.

Yes, dynamic and beautiful but useless in real fight. Just try your aikido technique in real sparring with a real pro MMA fighter. You'll see what I mean. Nobody fights that way man i.e. the way aikido practitioners learn with that kind of attack and defensive aikido technique.

Do not misled people by saying this is self defense, you must show them in an actual sparring. Not an UKE coordinating with your technique.
