I know I'm late to the video. But what finally ended this nightmare for me was working on my pelvic tilt issues. Im talking all day long making sure I'm in the proper position. Also proper breathing throughout the day. Helps with digestion and constipation.
I find that walking is the biggest help for bloating. I started walking laps around my yard and I enjoyed it so much that sometimes I do it even when I'm not bloated
Yes, yesterday i walked for 50 mts and I've seen some differences. Im not taking medicines anymore, my stomach hurts and burns due to all the medication I'm having. Doctors always subscribe without knowing what we have. It's always general
@olga.lifebalance I'm so glad to know that you find the channel helpful! Your support means a lot, and I'm glad the videos are assisting you with your gut issues. Wish you all the best!🙏
I get my IBS bloating, constipation and killing pain once a year. I read many articles, watched many videos… I just discovered your channel this time and helped me a lot! Thank you for all information!
Oh my goodness. This info is very helpful. I deal with back issues and premenopausal symptoms. Sometimes can't do bm for over 3 days. It causes a lot of pain on my lower back and pelvis. Been doing the Ben wah balls pelvic floor excersizes. I'm looking forward to having more bm and less bloating pain. Thank you, Michelle. Bless you.
@Jeanette Caring it sounds as though you're having a tough time, awful for you to be going through. I'm really so glad to read that this is helpful. I'll update you in the next week or two with dietary information too and hopefully that will be the ciing on the cake. Take care Jeanette, ❤️🌺
i’m in 8th grade currently, i’ve had ibs since 2nd grade. ibs is very hard. but for all the people that have ibs: you are not alone. i am here for you. do NOT give up. it’s extremely hard but don’t give up.
Hang in there I have had it for 12 years now and stress does affect it a lot I tried different things and some do help but everyone is different my aunt told me there was a doctor that prescribed her an antibiotic and that cured her but the doctor retired I always wondered if it was a bad bacteria or how can Someone have so many gut issues and the doctor just called it ibs and there’s no cure I hope day one they do find one
Your videos are amazing!! I've been suffering from IBS for half of my life, I will start to put into practice all your recommendations since I am having more episodes of diarrhea lately (pain and bloating the next day to the point that I can't close my trousers) and then constipation that can last 7days. I'm fully sure that stress is one of my biggest triggers and then diet.
@Maria Gabriela Picasso so glad this helps. Yes stress is very much related to bowel function and IBS for many individuals. Management really needs to address diet and stress reduction for many. All the best! 🙏
Hi, for years i had this problem, I tried Iborogast but didn't help at all. The bloating got so bad that i looked pregnant, Doctors couldn't figure it out. While in France I got so sick I ended up in a clinic after calling the ambulance. I was given METEOSPASMYL and Spasfon and i was almost perfect after around 30 mins. I stopped eating sugar and it made a huge difference
I had my gall bladder removed and I learned to remove nearly all fats and lactose products from my food intake as well as limiting sugar intake and spakling water.. So, I had no constipation, it was a struggle to control diahrea and the deletion of the above food products have really helped me.I found your video extremely helpful as some of the symptoms are so similar and I have learned to always carry Immodium and a spare panty in my napsack. Thank-you, I am now suscribed to your next informative video. Mich in Seattle, WA USA
@buljoleopard9buljo I'm so glad you have found this info helpful! I sincerely appreciate your feedback and taking the time to comment, best wishes to you for your management 🙏🏼 oh by the way if you have a flare up this abdo massage technique is useful to know (helps me every time) th-cam.com/video/oH5xVjw8yEs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=5WEH7SYIzQXsci_B
I've been doing Michelle's bloating/constipation exercises for 3 days and things are much better. Sometimes they improve for no discernible reason and this may be coincidence but I doubt it. My bathroom time is MUCH easier and the bloating/cramping pain is way down. I'm in the US and am seeing Buscopan is otc, but behind the counter. I hope I can find a pharmacy that carries it. Thank you, Michelle. Your voice and demeanor are soothing in themselves and the exercises feel good. I'm glad I found you!
@voyaristika5673 you're most welcome! I'm so glad this helped you. Thank you for your kind words -it means a lot! Keep up the good work, and I'm wishing you continued improvement.🙏

Wow….she just explained EVERYTHING I was going through for the past 10 years! I was told I had IBS in 2009 but I didn’t believe them. I was young and very ignorant of the subject matter. It wasn’t until I came back to the states from living in Europe for 3 years that I started looking at it again, because I had soooooooooo many issues with digestion because of the difference in food quality and processing from the different countries. My doctor did confirm that I had IBS, but NEVER gave me detailed information about it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!🥹
Thank you for this wonderful information. I experience IBS when under stress, just recently lost my Mom. I also experience bladder pain periodically. My doctor said it's a brain/gut reaction.
Unprocessed trauma can cause gut issues. It tightens things up. See a psychotherapist trained in trauma to help if you think you may have that Our nervous systems pay a high price.
Michelle, I suffer from an autoimmune illness that affects my GI tract and motility is a real problem which results in constipation. I've never found any laxatives to work gently except for psyllium husk powder which I take every day and is fantastic. I think, strangely, it is also recommended for diarrhoea. Thank you for your videos which are so informative
@ Miriam O'Neill this is challenging for you indeed! Yes psyllium is fantastic for both constipation and diarrhoea (it bulks the stool to stop bowel leakage), the only problem is that it can cause terrible gas and bloating so I always suggest starting it with caution. In next week's video I'll be talking about foods that soften the stool to choose and those to avoid with constipation, I hope this gives you some tips too. All the best to you Miriam!
@@michellephysio thanks for that information, Michelle. Luckily, I don't find that I suffer those symptoms with psyllium. I do get it alright from my autoimmune illness though so it's great that the psyllium works for me
@@miriamoneill6944 All thanks to DR OSEMUAHU on TH-cam channel for directing me on how to use his herbal root medicine to get rid of IBS he can also help you get rid of other diseases. I’m now from form the disease❤️❤️
Thank you Michelle . I had celiac disease, chronic constipation, GERD. Recently I had a rectocele surgery 6 weeks ago . I had horrible bloating and this important information help me to understand what happen.
Michelle's information and explanation is perfect. I myself suffered a lot for two years, root cause of the problem was celiac disease. One TTG test did the trick and I got rid of all tummy problems. 🙏

WOW! Just found your channel and I am SO glad I did!! I have not been diagnosed with IBS at the moment. No one knows what's wrong yet. I was told I should try a pelvic floor PT. Currently I am struggling with quite a few issues. Question for you, Do most people who have been diagnosed with IBS actually have all of the symptoms?
@Jessica Woodward Yes IBS is usually diagnosed based upon symptoms of bloating, has, abdo pain, constipation and/ or diarrhea but this can vary between individuals
Thank you for this video, i have been going through a bod dose of IBS since my second covid injection I have had constant diarrhoea April my gp told me only last week to try Imodium, I have been in contact with my gp every three weeks since April, I have given stool samples three lots of bloods, ultra sound scan that showed up a kidney stone in my right kidney but all my pain is lower left pain, usually my IBS affects my upper right just under the ribs, it’s been in that position for 30 years then it moved to the lower left. IBS is a horrible thing to have that’s for sure.
@ Lewis Gardner IBS is awful isn't it, very debilitating at times. Interesting to hear about how your Covid vaccination seems to be associated with your bowel issues. I've just been reasearching the possible effect of Covid on bladder in particular, I'll now look into bowel as well. I hope this video gives you some relief strategies Lewis, I'll bring you more on this topic in weeks to come (it's close to my heart) all the best!
The only way for me to relieve pain, gas and bloating is to lie down on my side which helps to release the gas. I haven’t found any medication that helps for over 50 years!!
Yes. The only thing that has ever helped me with painful gas is by laying on my left side & rocking back & forth alternating between rocking fast & slow. I can pass the gas both ways. It comes up out of my stomach & out through my bottom. I am unable to belch out any gas so I get horrible gas pains. Sometimes my chest muscles spasm & it feels like Gerd.
Brain gut connection. There is a body dysmorphia for some: stomach so extended you have no idea what size you are!! Nearly everything I eat causes a huge problem. I have fought this for decades. I started a food diary. It helped me be careful and eat little. Then I get involved in stressful stuff and forget. So back to journaling and eating little.
@Ecclesiastes journaling and stress management are great strataegies indeed - many thanks for your contribution and all the best for your long term management, this is such a challenge to deal with on a daily basis, I get it!
I notice a pattern between a flare up of GERD then IBS ..either constipation or softened stool…is there a connection….are there similar food/emotional triggers for both conditions? Your videos are well done and you offer great explanations. Thank you.
Dear Patricia. Try hot, black coffee in the morning for constipation/also, surprisingly enough, chocolate, When I am constipated badly like for 2 days, I have some chocolate as in half a bar of chocolate or chocolate chips. Be careful though because too much will trigger diahrrea. The coffee/ chocolate remedy works for me, generally. Avoid eggs; they usually set of constipation. Also, for diahrrea, try mint peppermint patties to calm things down. I have also used pepto bismol or mylanta for diarrhea
Thank you very much for sharing these kind of videos. Between you and Dr. Berg videos, I am learning so much.i was diagnosed with IBS last year but never heard about SIBO or IMO, which both have Similar symptoms like IBS. I can't wait to see my gastroenterologist to ask her about the breath test. There's no point to keep taking probiotics if I have SIBO. Thank you!
@Francelle W my pleasure! Re probiotics I think they’re mostly hit and miss at the moment as we don’t really know which gut bacteria are lacking in our system. I hope the day comes that doctors can test this and prescribe appropriate probiotics on an individual basis. Meanwhile prebiotic foods that the system can tolerate may be the best approach - especially foods like cooked and cooked potato/rice high in starch that the system can tolerate. All the best!
I feel like most of what was said is very true! I feel like when the pain is at the bottom end of the digestive system, it's dietary.. when the diet is sound, and the stomach has a massive knot.. it's more than likely stress related
Good observation. I'm thinking about the upper bloating discomfort and it seems like thatbwas during times inhadnt eaten "wrong" but when it is bottom left, it's after something I've eaten that was bad
I just got home from a 2 day stay in the hospital for severe Ibs attack. I been home 2 fkin hours and it’s back. This is so painful and I can’t take. I’m gonna sue the hospital if I come home and get better from a dam TH-cam video. I’m getting my hot pack ready now. Good luck anyone else suffering on the toilet like me.
This is the absolute worst mine has ever gotten. I’m crying every day I’m in so much pain and at a loss. What has helped you guys? What made the hospital keep you?
Ohh I have started CBD oil and now have learned to correctly do. Plus radical diet changes. It's worth it to be healthy pain, bloat, and pressure - free. Thank God I don't drink, never have drank alcohol. But by-gosh it is painful 😢 😖.
if its impaction u need medication, check if u can take something called cosmicol or different brand with same ingredients. just lots of water with them

I have IBS BUT MY BEST FRIEND HAS CRONES DISEASE. All I have to put up with is diarrhea, constipation and running to the bathroom while she is having surgery to have a part of her intestine removed. Having IBS is NO Handicap. If I have hot black coffee first thing it empties my digestive tract immediately. One trip to thr bathroom. That's thr end of thr problem. Cereal with milk or breakfast. I just don't eat until after noon. I don't have problems. Avoid white bread, eggs, tomatoes. No fast food ever!!!
I started drinking expresso because I noticed that it helped but it’s just short term relief I don’t think it’s good for me to drink coffee everyday because it can Cause inflammation.
@Mary Hull my pleasure! So glad to read that you find this information helpful and I'm sorry to hear what you've been through. I hope this helps you recover and stay strong - all the best for your recovery!🙏
IBS is easily curable through ayurveda(ancient methods for treating various disease in India) If you want to cure ibs you have to take following medicine for aprox 4-6 month with strict diet and yoga poses but have no idea these medicine is available in your country but you can get these medicine from India if you have any friend or relative - Bilvadi churan (1tabkespoon after meal morning and after dinner) -kutajghanvati(2-2 tablets after meal) -chitrakadi vati( " " " ") -kurtajharista syrup ( 4 tablespoon with equal amount of water two time after meal) it's good to cure loose motion and you can take ishabol instant of this if you have constipation. I was also suffer from IBS and now iam totally fine Thank you 😊
I think I have this. My stomach hasn't been right since i got food poisoning two years ago. I took a SIBO test and it was positive but none of the remedies have worked. Looks like I'm just stuck with this forever at this point

@@theyliebutwhy8101 Sorry to hear that. Is it something you're eating in particular? Thankfully I don't get as bad as that, just abdominal pain. Have you took sibo test?

@Danish Fisch I'm just so glad to read this, thanks so much for letting me know - I wish you all the best for your recovery now that you're over the worst of it, so glad to have helped you 🙏❤️
Ibs is a nightmare just thinking about it. I stay away from all the foods that they say cause it but it’s crazy how I eat normal things sometimes in very small portions and get the most unbearable abdominal pain. And I also eat things that should trigger IBS but nothing happens!! So it’s very unpredictable really !! The pain is usually on my middle upper abdominal area but can also shit to the sides. It sometimes starts with heartburn and slowly develops into bloating and the worst painful cramps. I feel like I’m too full and gassy and I can’t release any gas. No amount of water can solve the issue. It also sometimes feel like drinking water can make the situation feel worse. And then comes Constipation. The worst pain is when I wan to sleep or during sleep. I sometimes wake up from the pain and find myself in face down ass up position. I also sometimes make my self throw up to get easy up the discomfort. It sometimes last a day or 3 days sometimes 4. Nothing I tried worked. The worst for me is the pain. Unfortunately it’s not like a headache, you can’t just take pain killer for it. All anti spasms medications didn’t manage the pain much for me. My problem with all the advices I got from doctors or saw online they don’t touch much on pain management. Peace and love peace ☮️ ❤️ Please share your experience with me and if you relate I would appreciate some advice on pain management
@mustafa Ibrahim I’m so sorry to hear about what you’re going through. This is a complex issue and one that requires investigation by a gastroenterologist and working with a dietician may help you too after seeing a gastroenterologist. I wonder if you’ve ever had a bowel transit time test? There are tests that a gastroenterologist needs to run to find out the cause of your problems so that you can manage your condition accordingly, my best wishes to you🙏
Yes, me too, second video in! Subscribed!! Your combination of pelvic knowledge and gut health is superb... my passion and new career. I just certified in colon hydrotherapy. So I'm curious as to why you don't speak to this as a helpful treatment for IBS? That you only turn to the laxatives and herbals...simply curious to learn. No judgement at all. ☮️
I haven't seen this mentioned but for upper right pain, I can imagine that a enlarged fatty liver would impinge on quite a few organs, including gallbladder and small intestine, which might cause gb pain or small bowel obstruction.
what if someone has constipation where they have trouble getting the stool out but it's soft? Even though they are on a low FODMAP diet? Then if they eat some high fodmap foods its constipation and diarrhea in the same bowel motion? Which is my story.
I have been swimming a lot to try to help. I have tried removing foods or not eating at all. I can’t stop the bloating. I go from looking normal to looking 8 months pregnant. I feel sick. I have done probiotics, gas x, FOD diet. And nothing is working.
@Ironfrog 5002 yes bloating is a challenging condition to deal with. It sounds as though it would be worth seeing your doctor for a checkup regarding this condition and possibly working with a dietician that specializes in IBS if this is what your doctor diagnoses. All the best 🙏
I'm now on a SIBO diet for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and a particular antibiotic for small intestine. It's slightly starting to help. But it takes a long time. I'm hoping I don't have to be sort to them liquid medical food for sibo
@@michellephysio yeah I have IBS and Crohn’s. I have systemic lupus which comes with hypothyroidism. So I have a sluggish gut. It’s never normal. So my tummy seems expanded 24/7 unless I just stop eating. I def think it is time for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and see what is happening.
I have been suffering from an IBS flare up for the last five days-the worst I’ve ever had. A little bit of diarrhea for the first 24 hours, a little constipation since then, but not too much. More serious bloating-my god! But you barely mentioned what has been the worst for me: Incredible, virtually disabling intestinal pain and cramps! Over and over again, all day, doubling over with pain, it’s incapacitating. What should I do? When I do have a bowel movement it is more or less normal, both in character and frequency. What should I DO?!
@Odi Etamo I'm so sorry to read about the symptoms you're currently enduring. This is something to see a doctor about to assess, diagnose and treat accordingly - it may well be that you're not dealing with IBS if this doesn't settle with dietary elimination methods. Wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery🙏
@@michellephysio I am grateful for you reply. Last year my doctor said she suspected I had IBS, but has not yet done a full assessment and diagnosis. I have an appointment to see her next week. Interestingly, I had something similar happen to me when I was eleven and twelve years old, which in hindsight seems obvious was stress related-parents divorcing, etcetera. Now I’m in my 70s, and it’s back! Btw, I am male, in case it matters and/or you were confused by the vague YT name I coined for myself. Thanks again!
@@michellephysio When I finally spoke to my doctor on the phone she asked me to precisely describe my symptoms. When I did so she told me to go to a hospital emergency department immediately. I did so. She might have saved my life. They discovered I had diverticulitis, an infection, a rupture in the wall of my colon, and an abscess on top of my bladder. I was in the hospital for eight days, on two different antibiotics via IV. But it worked! I am now at home and feeling much better, and gaining back my strength. First time I’ve ever had to be hospitalized. It was an ordeal, but the doctors and nurses were all fantastic! I just hope I can avoid a recurrence. Thanks for your advice.
I empathize with you. Am in hospital for anxiety & depression but still waiting for nutrionist. Painful sitting or walking bc I'm so bloated. In a locked ward due to covid.
i’m in so much pain either with constipation or diarrhea. i feel the constant urge to use the bathroom and nothing has helped. i went to to doctors and got blood work done and they said it was fine so they can’t see me till the end of march. i suffer with severe anxiety but i have for years and this never happened. i just don’t know what to do anymore.
In my personal experience dealing with anxiety for a long time, it takes a toll on your mind and body eventually. I’ve had a few health issues pop up that tend to resolve themselves in times of lower stress. But they come back when my anxiety is worse. It sounds like it could be worth talking to your doctor about it and letting them know you’re struggling. If you feel your current doctor isn’t taking it seriously enough you’re absolutely allowed to get a second opinion. I wish you all the best and I hope you get some relief soon. x
Anxiety destroys mine. They says it's IBS but the anxiety and tension is what bothers me the most it's like a softball in my gut sometimes I am very psychic and I know that is my solar plexus chakra but damn.
Oh my goodness!!! I wouldn’t have guessed my IBS and pelvic problems are related! I have either constipation or diarrhea 80% of the time. I’m glad you showed that picture of the pain because that’s exactly where I have it a couple of times a month. And my tummy is bloated at the end of the day. I don’t feel gas, that much, but the doctor was able to hear it. Glad I’m doing kegels 3x a day. I was getting lax, until I saw your last video as a reminder. Thank you! For now I have reasons to do them after a bowel movement. I see conflicts from your advice to what I can do. I have foot pain, so I can’t move around much. I am pre-diabetic, and stay away from rice, and potatoes. But I will check out peppermint pills
I'm always scared of having a painful bowel movement, as I get constipated. I've just recovered from having Covid, and I think it's not helping matters, bowel-wise. Plus, last Monday, when I was finally clear of Covid, I got my period. So my body feels pretty wrecked right now. Then there's the psychological impact the constipation can have on people. Being clogged up can become a burden on our everyday lives. I'm trying my best. Just that sometimes I remember how much pain I was in, when I last passed a really heavy stool, so then because I remember how painful it was, it puts me off passing another stool, but I try not to think that it's going to be as painful as last time.
Ever try miralax? It's not immediate but it helps a lot. Also I noticed for me drinking, some watered down ACV 2x a day helps too. I have endometriosis and constipation so I completely understand. Feel better!
I've always found natural remedies to be helpful for me. I use either a tablespoon of mineral oil or a tablespoon of olive oil to relieve constipation. It works slow but it does work
@Paul Siwko-Bajon I love having you as a viewer! Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. I'm always keen to hear from you and any suggestions you may have for content you'd like to see Paul 🙏💕
Hey Michelle, I wanna know your opinion on this. So, like many here i've suffered from IBS pretty much entire life it started in my teens I am in my 30's now but I have been on "methadone" a powerful narcotic 10X stronger than heroin but it is prescribed and I am on a very low dose because it has literally cured my IBS as it slows down the transit time in the gut preventing the colon from spasming I accidentally found out about this (very luckily) about 6 years ago and now that I have been taking methadone regularly I can do everything I was unable to do before which includes - drinking alcohol, greasy foods, red meat, caffeine products, stress doesn't aggravate my symptoms anymore, in fact I have zero symptoms now if anything once in awhile I get the complete opposite problem which is constipation however I just drink more water and add more fibre to my diet, I was told not to recommend this to other people but i'm just saying it changed my life I am so much happier now and no more worrying about IBS
@Heat Pete Yes, opioids including methadone are known to cause bowel dysfunction. Short-term use after surgery or for pain often causes constipation. Long-term use can result in very debilitating bowel problems related to hardened stool, gas distention, chronic constipation and fecal impaction. There are safe over-the-counter medications that can be used for bowel spasm with IBS for example Buscopan (hyoscine butylbromide) You can read more here on the effects of opioids on bowel function here www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0885392407005982
@@michellephysio Thank you for the response, I definitely have noticed most of those effects you listed I do wanna get off the methadone I just don't wanna experience anymore IBS episodes I will have to look into the Buscopan as an alternative.
I fixed my ibs after 20 years. 6 months straight of high quality probiotics Stellate ganglion block shot for ptsd Been regular for 2 years now and counting. Seems too good to be true but I stopped buying immodium over two years now
Do you mind sharing what probiotics you took ? Ive been taking Imodium for 2 years and they started to cause me chest pains. Now im still having the symptoms but nothing seems to be working
My symptoms are 5 minutes after eating I get hit with a stomach ache, I barely make it to the bathroom where I get diahrrea/ vomiting for hours. During one episode, my roomate had to call a ambulance. I was sitting on the toilet having nonstop diarrhea and nonstop vomiting. All that was left to vomit was stomach acid. It is 103 degrees outside which means my chance of getting IBS today is about 100% On days like this the best advice I can give is DON'T eat unless you are hungry; eat small portions of bland food such as mashed potato. On days like today, I always have a cup or two of BLACK COFFEE. THIS SOLVES THE PROBLEM OF CONSTIPATION BY EMPTYING THE BOWEL. IN CASE YOU WANT TO SEE THE HUMEROUS SIDE OF THIS WATCH ""WHITE CHICKS" IT'S A STORY ABOUT 2 MEN WHO DRESS UP AS WOMEN. ONE OF THE GUYS HAS IBS and eats Quiche, not realizing the dairy ingredients are going to.cause his IBS TO FLARE UP
idk if i have IBS. i get bloated no matter what i eat or drink and will be very big at the end of the day. but i don't have stomach cramps and although i do get constipated and have diarrhea its not bad enough for me to complain. my biggest problem is bloating but im not in pain im just uncomfortable.
@popcornpopcorn9774 always a good idea to see your doctor to check bowel symptoms to make sure you know what you're dealing with so you can manage appropriately, all the best

@Timeless Beauties Studio by Jacqueline thank you for your feedback, it's a challenging and at times very frustrating problem to deal with I hear you! Yes I'll be back with more on this in the coming weeks Jacqueline, just putting together a little IBS series at the moment ❤️🌺
When I get constipated or have too much gas, which is all the time with the gas, no matter even if I drink water, it presses on the vagal nerve that runs through the GI tract and my legs go numb. Literally they lose feeling and get cold. So unless I have a colonic a couple times a week, to help get out the gas, I'm walking around, or shall I say barely walking, in extreme pain with legs inflamed. And my feet often numb
I'm going through the same, when I drink water my stomach go so gassy and it press against my vagus nerve making it affect my legs and even cause me numbness of nose and left eye...I'm all gassy all day with lost of noise
@@bettyausten9533 it's so cool you understand the vagal nerve! I've started doing some bagel nerve exercises from a nervous system course that I'm taking. I know my body is in fight flight alternating with freeze with all the stress I've been dealing with. And most of my life. Plus the fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome
Not only for IBS related bloating but any bloating where there is too much fatty stuff in the stomach, brandy or neat whisky is good in my experience. Burns the fat away. Some people claim that this doesnt work but I wonder if that has anything to do with the strong anti tobacco anti alcohol mood of today. As always with these things, its personal, everyone is different, but I have moderately bad IBS-D and if I am bloated and cannot lie down in a dark room with a hot water bottle pressed to my side (which works like magic withing 20 minutes) then my second choice is a stiff whisky or brandy. If I cannot either take either the hot water bottle or a brandy, I am in quite bad trouble. On the subject of alcohol, I find it is not necessarily an immeidate trigger in small quantities like wheat is for me. Beer is fatal for me but moderate quantaties of wine and whisky I can take but not with food and not large quantities. A couple of whiskies are not a big problem for my IBS but half a bottle and Ill be in IBS deep s**t (excuse vulgar pun). Absolute deadly for me is sweet alcohol. So as with all things experiment yourself. Nearly forgot, drinking something warm from soup to water is also a great help.

does IBS cause dizziness? I always experience this whenever i have flare up especially i accidentaly eat foods high in FODMAP. Recently i just found out that IBS and food intolerance are related. I develop this condition that i cant eat raw vegetables such as those in salad. If i did eat those i get dizzy and lots of stomach pain. Maybe something to do with lack of digestive enzymes. literaly i cannot eat anything raw. It must be well cooked
All doctors says it's more of Psychological problem then Physical. Does then mean we need to see a psychiatrist instead of any Allopathic practitioners.?
psychological means u should see a psychologist. psychiatrists are just physicians that have more freedom with writing scrips. Try meditating. I find it to be helpful. meditate and let go of feeling like you have to poop (mentally). the less you care about pooping, the less stressed out you are about it, the more relaxed your intestines will be, and the more likely you are to poop. good luck.
Yes, take all of your money to the psychiatrist so that the other doctor gets none of your money. He doesn't deserve it. Allopathic doctors are nazis. They have been taught by the nazi rockefeller that money is the only important thing. Better than that, fix yourself. Your stresses come from believing in death. Get the book Hands of Light written by the physicist Barbara Brennan. This book will teach you why you are an eternal energy and light being right now. That should relieve all of your stress.
I've been seeing a psychiatrist since i first started having symptoms along with medication, but now that I'm going back to school it's coming back at it's full power. idk what to do..
I know I'm late to the video. But what finally ended this nightmare for me was working on my pelvic tilt issues. Im talking all day long making sure I'm in the proper position. Also proper breathing throughout the day. Helps with digestion and constipation.

The only way for me to relieve pain, gas and bloating is to lie down on my side which helps to release the gas. I haven’t found any medication that helps for over 50 years!!

Gas x works good
Same for me. I massage as I'm lying down. Better if my legs are closer to my chest

MICHELLE THANK YOU! I feel so confident about this now!
Thank you very much for sharing these kind of videos.

@Danish Fisch you're most welcome - happy to help!
what to do when you're at school and aren't allowed to get up and walk around whenever you need?
Peace and love peace ☮️ ❤️
Please share your experience with me and if you relate I would appreciate some advice on pain management
@mustafa Ibrahim I’m so sorry to hear about what you’re going through. This is a complex issue and one that requires investigation by a gastroenterologist and working with a dietician may help you too after seeing a gastroenterologist. I wonder if you’ve ever had a bowel transit time test? what if someone has constipation where they have trouble getting the stool out but it's soft?

I wish you all the best and I hope you get some relief soon. x
@@elfinshell4758 thank you so much.
Alka seltzer helped
Ever try miralax? It's not immediate but it helps a lot. Also I noticed for me drinking, some watered down ACV 2x a day helps too. I have endometriosis and constipation so I completely understand. Feel better!
I've always found natural remedies to be helpful for me. I use either a tablespoon of mineral oil or a tablespoon of olive oil to relieve constipation. It works slow but it does work
You had better learn how to buy fiber pills. Sounds to me like you crave being hurt.
@@magentapurple8823 If I craved "being hurt" I'd probably self-harm. I've never understood people who get pleasure from being in physical pain.

6 months straight of high quality probiotics
Stellate ganglion block shot for ptsd
Been regular for 2 years now and counting. Seems too good to be true but I stopped buying immodium over two years now
Do you mind sharing what probiotics you took ? Ive been taking Imodium for 2 years and they started to cause me chest pains. Now im still having the symptoms but nothing seems to be working
@@abbasaslam3590 I got mine fixed with the help of natural remedy from dr. Odion. youtube.com/@dr.odionherbalhome
Simethicone (gas x) works great to relieve gas n bloating or alka setzer
I suffered for a week and got some spotting. I thought i had a uti
No doctor could diagnose me properly
It’s just horrible
Very helpful, thank you. I have mostly bloating but no flatulence at all. Can you get bloating without gas? I would appreciate your feedback.
@Rajen Murugan yes indeed bloating can occur without gas
@@michellephysio thank you for confirming.
ONE OF THE GUYS HAS IBS and eats Quiche, not realizing the dairy ingredients are going to.cause his IBS TO FLARE UP
How you overcome with ibs I am suffering from past 8 months
I would eat rice instead of potatoes. Potatoes are in the nightshade family & cause inflammation. Rice is very easy on the stomach.
Do you always have abdominal pain?
idk if i have IBS. i get bloated no matter what i eat or drink and will be very big at the end of the day. but i don't have stomach cramps and although i do get constipated and have diarrhea its not bad enough for me to complain. my biggest problem is bloating but im not in pain im just uncomfortable.
@popcornpopcorn9774 always a good idea to see your doctor to check bowel symptoms to make sure you know what you're dealing with so you can manage appropriately, all the best
Daily be under the sun for 2 to 3 hrs or take vitamin D supplement then u will quikly get relief from IBS beacuase i got cured by this within 1 day this method worked for me effectively. If u get result pls share as much as possible becoz the people who r suffering with this are living like a hell life i faced it that is why i know the pain
@@pramodhkongara5196thank you bro. You may make a video about that to increase awareness and possibly help more people with it.
Fact that am doing all things already. Thank you for the extra information I haven't gone to poop in a week since switching back to morphine

Hello Timeless.....
Thank you! I just took a shot of whiskey and my pain went away right away. Crazy how that actually helped out
@@xxshhmoney I am delighted to hear that!
@@xxshhmoney Then your pain will come back and get worse if you keep doing that constantly.

does IBS cause dizziness?

I try walk
Walk is very relaxed bloating
