For me, if it looks like it came out of a pre 1971 "DRAG NEWS" it's perfect! Those were some awesome builds you shared today, I would think long and hard before changing anything on them. I mean, would painting purple hair and a tattoo on the "Mona Lisa" be an improvement? I do fully agree with fun being "Priority Number One!". If detail and realism float your boat, go for it! Thats what makes this community so great. One kit with thousands of out comes! So in the end they are your cars Glen, you do whatever puts a smile on your face!
The Austin Healey is great! The front wheels are just right! The Super Commando & Charger funnies👍 Don's painting is 👍👍👍! I want to see paint on the Fiat. I like your taste in colors. The '49 looks just right without decals, but I know that you will make it look even better!!!

I was more of a Marvel Comics fan than DC, but when Kirby stopped doing the Fantastic Four and started his New World series at DC, I started to pay attention to some of the DC titles. I later got interested in Dark Horse Comics as well. Still have many comics and graphic novels around the house.
Your cars reflect that you have fun. I always believed if your not having fun you're doing it wrong. Some people take this hobby way to seriously. I admire their dedication but it would drive me nuts to spend months on a model just to please a judge[s] opinion. All the cars are very cool. The best here is the A/MSP Healey. That old Revell Healey is a real booger to get the body together. But then it IS Accurate once you get it glued together. Strangely Airfix only did the Healey in 1/32. Why not 1/24? Oh well. And yep...I KNOW this is an old video. I'm posting this comment in 7/24. Going back and watching all of the Model Cars With Glen videos. Lots of good stuff in the old videos as well as in the new Glen's Model Cars.
Great builds there Glenn, but I don’t expect anything diff from you, all your stuff is cool, and I’m with you I build for fun, after getting back into building after 45 years I build the best I can, there’s a time and place for perfect detailed models, but I just want to build what I can, if it’s work I don’t want it, there’s plenty of great momodelers in this community that do great detailing and I love there stuff too, but I’m not that kind of builder at this time in my life, I build and try to make a vidio if people like them that’s good enough for me. Glue Bomb. Is that anything like a bondo bomb? 😂. The 49 is looking great. The green reminds me of my moms 77 Ford Wagon. Remember that thing? When I got my permit, that 460 in it as we was coming over the bridge on 35 at Kingsbury, the right head cracked. Since mom was in the car, I wasnt hot rodding it. Smelled antifreeze and white smoke pouring out the back. I thought I was dead. LOL. Hows your back doing? I have a solution for those hard to get tires and wheels you want. I went full on into 3D printing and resin mold making. Finally got a air compressor for my air brushes too.

Im kit bashing a mini truck gasser using a ford ranger i cut the front nose off to flip forwards im using a Nissan chassis ford body a hemi and funny car rear end and straight axle

Great builds there Glenn, but I don’t expect anything diff from you, all your stuff is cool, and I’m with you I build for fun, after getting back into building after 45 years I build the best I can, there’s a time and place for perfect detailed models, but I just want to build what I can, if it’s work I don’t want it, there’s plenty of great momodelers in this community that do great detailing and I love there stuff too, but I’m not that kind of builder at this time in my life, I build and try to make a vidio if people like them that’s good enough for me. Sorry I’m going on and on, thanks for sharing your stuff, J

Glue Bomb. Is that anything like a bondo bomb? 😂. The 49 is looking great. The green reminds me of my moms 77 Ford Wagon. Remember that thing? When I got my permit, that 460 in it as we was coming over the bridge on 35 at Kingsbury, the right head cracked. Since mom was in the car, I wasnt hot rodding it. Smelled antifreeze and white smoke pouring out the back. I thought I was dead. LOL. Hows your back doing? I have a solution for those hard to get tires and wheels you want. I went full on into 3D printing and resin mold making. Finally got a air compressor for my air brushes too.

Best way I found to give out shop cards is go on your video and show the new cards and tell Everybody if they want one your Gmail is in the description under the title,, and then hold on cause everyone and their brother will be writing wanting one,, you can also mention swapping out shop cards, your's for there's,,, hope this helps and sorry for taking so long to get back to you,, later brother

Im kit bashing a mini truck gasser using a ford ranger i cut the front nose off to flip forwards im using a Nissan chassis ford body a hemi and funny car rear end and straight axle

@@modelcarswithglen. yes thank you i got one ford 500 2 chevy Cobalts one Malibu one. Toyota Camry should have them painted by 3pm starting at 6am the motorhome was a one side paint job 3 colors not bad for 6 hours of work just sitting down to get some build time as i waite for dinner
