4:51 Select Shape - Go to fill - Select image - Go to fill (drop down list) - and select crop. and adjust image
Just a quick tip
Instead of selecting one by one image use ctrl + shift + k shortcut key to select and import all images in one click and by the way thank you nikhil for providing valuable resources.

4:52 - Top-Mid mein last wala option crop ka hai, usse individual image adjust kar sakte hain or just double click karke bhi adjust ho jayegi image. Figma ko yahan ek move tool add karna chahiye tha wajai just crop ke.

for image resizing, you can double click on the image and select the crp, and the adjust the image as you like
double click on image >> crop >> resize

You can move image from fill
just click the fill aur phir usme jhan se apne image select ki fill ma se whan fill ko click krne ke baad ail aur option ayega crop ka usko click karle u can move the picture

The easiest way for image positioning is you can hold ALT and Double click on the image then you can move the image where you want inside the shape.

jha se aap pic add krte ho, uske upar option hai named "Fill". usko press krke drop-down menu me "Crop" choose krlo. fir image ke edges se image adjust ho jayegi.

04:51 @nikhilpawarr Image panel me jo Fill ka drop down dikh rha hai waha ja kr Crop select krlo. you can change image potion also. Also you can add multiple layers in the Fill using + icon

Hey nikhil, I wanted to ask that I see many people put custom asset in their description on fiver as a website design service. What does this actually means? Sorry if it sounds silly.

If it's not animating, the prototype has not been used then it's a waste. Kyun ki design to koi bhi banalega but prototype is a whole thing in it.
Just because you can design doesn't mean everyone can, for prototyping he has made a few different videos.
