    While opening a hydraulic nut, don't forget to unturn the piston Jack by more than one and quarter turn. Otherwise the jack will get stuck coz the bolt will regain its original length but you didn't left any gap between spacer and piston assembly.

    My friend u said on other video that when tightening nut. You dont need to turn back 1 or 1/2 turn open the jack. But in this video the operator made a turn back open.. Im so confuse in this, because i work with alot of people others when tightening they always said also to nake turn back open..kindly explain this.. Thanks..

      Hello dear friend!
      Normally for tightening only tight not any turns or little bit no matter maybe he makes it to be sure that hydralics will be easy to remove by hand later on.

    I was hoping that you could clear one doubt, if you have the time.
    What is the purpose of controlled air in Hydraulic tool removal unit. ( The one you said we should depressurize while releasing the Jack's pressure)

      Control air is for the pump without air you cannot work the pump always adjust control air from 6 to 7 kg per square centimeter.

      @@Adventure-Story thank you, we used hand operated hydraulic pump, so we didn't have control air. So I got confused. :)
