- 3C Metal’s South African entity, 3C Metal Belmet, provides heavy fabrication capabilities, innovative manufacturing techniques and local market knowledge to help further our operations in the Africa region.
The team specializes in piping and structural welding, with expertise in various welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW, GTAW, STT) and over 400 international-standard welding procedures for materials like carbon steel, aluminum, Duplex, Super-Duplex and Inconel. We also perform NDT techniques and advanced surfacing, including Stellite hardfacing and Inconel overlays, using robotic welding for enhanced corrosion resistance.
The entity operates four prefabrication workshops and a 10,000 square meter yard in Bellville, Cape Town. These workshops are fully equipped to offer a wide range of fabrication services customized to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
