I can do normal subharmonic singing but it feels like I can't push out enough air to create the synth properly while doing it. Is it really just standard subharmonics or different. And that split subharmonic...huh waht?

It's a standard subharmonic, but its gotta be consistent so it doesn't waver when u do it through a synth
And by "splitting" I mean relaxing the subharmonic so it splits into 2 tones. It's how a throat bass/clenched voice becomes a vibration bass! Similar process
