Could you, please, explain why it is missed the Java generator in the left bar above the Maven? I have just installed the latest "Java" version (17.0.3) and "Intellij idea" (2022.1.2). I have watched many videos about Intellij installation, and in every video, the Java with the folder icon (Generator panel) is displayed default

Hey, how do I get IntellJ IDEA to now hang and stutter when using it? Do I need a bigger CPU or something? I'm using a SSD and 32GB of RAM and my cpu is just a two core AMD, but it has a 3.4Ghz rating. And the thing just won't run smoothly! Are their configuration settings that I'm not using or something?

A s a matter of facts i know how to implements all the sorting algo which are covered in a data structure course. I started using JavaScript to animate visually the process of sorting and this seemed really difficult. I was able to animate bubble sort using async . do you think you can create a video showing how to do it using only setTimeout(), setInterval() or even requestAnimationFrame().

Can someone please guide me i am installing fresh intellij community on a brand new laptop windows 10 Pro. i first installed jdk set it in environment variables. and set the intellij with the on location jdk but the maven is just not downloading any dependencies whatsoever.

Since 2023.3 functionality of the plugin "Presentation Assistant" is included to IntelliJ Platform, so it should be available in all IntelliJ-based IDEs out of the box.
1. In the main menu, go to View | Appearance and enable Presentation Assistant.
2. Start working as usual. Presentation Assistant now displays names of actions that you invoke and their shortcuts.
