Even my friends in the party chat noticed I got a new mic they said my voice sounds crystal clear, they compared it to the iPhone FaceTime audio which is pretty dam clear if you’ve ever used it. Ofc it’s plastic so you have to be extra careful with them but they’re great because they’re lighter than more expensive headsets but its more comfortable to play for longer periods. Noise cancellation isn’t the best when quiet but with the game and party chat you really can’t hear any outside noise. Overall I think they’re great for the price the only thing I find annoying is that the microphone is huge, it feels like I’m working at a fast food drive thru 😂

One other flaw is that the fake leather begins to peel around around the earmuffs on the top cushion that sits on your head. 6 years going strong.
I recently came into an issue last week with my Mic cutting in-and-out and couldn’t figure out the issue. I thought they finally broke and gave up on me but it was actually the controller mic port! WILD. Never bought any other gaming headphones because these do JUSTICE and why buy something more expensive if the cheaper version is just as good!
Also, it’s VERY important to adjust audio settings on the headset chat mixer in your Xbox One settings when switching to different games to optimize the best audio settings for you or buy the turtle beach Audio mixer attachment

Yes. If it has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, the most common wired headphone connection, it will work. They released a version for the Nintendo switch as well, but it is a recolour only.

Windows has settings for limiting the microphone volume without affecting headphone volume. Though reducing headphone volume wouldn’t have solved the issue.
No it doesn't. It's stereo only (natively). If you have a mixamp or use 3D audio on console you can simulate surround sound, but this headset 100% is not 5.1.
Check your audio settings in your Xbox make sure the output is set to headset. And check the mic monitoring level it seems to make the little ring/static noise worse the higher the mic monitoring is up. It's usually set to half by default. You should notice a difference. I know it made a difference for me hope it helps!
Had these for a year now. After a while you get tired of having the lesser of headphones compared to your friends or team. Especially in COD the highs are way too loud and overpower anything else. In conclusion, fuck it.
This thing seems like a pretty good value for the price paid, plus the mic works good, good review.

Used a pair for ~4 years and one of the ears kind of just fell off. The inner part for adjustment snapped and couldn't really use them anymore.
