Good to see how playa blanca is looking these days, we fist went there 11 years ago and I fell in love with lanzarote, finally went back this year to matagorda and my love for the island is still there, we got home and 3 weeks later we've booked up for playa blanca again, after 11 years away from that area I can't wait to get back next July
I'm sorry but i could not disagree more about the El Argentino restaurant. Its very poor, not good at all and i would recommend people stay away from it.
@@derekbrown3165 what on earth are you on about? I've been coming to lanzarote for 15 years now, I've eaten steaks all over Europe & this place is brilliant. The reviews back this up.
Love love playa blanca, have spent many wonderful holidays there.❤ Can you tell me the out come of the young woman's court case, where sadly a small baby died. Thank you
It so strange the government does not ban those locks. So ugly, and it ruins what they are hung on. Not only visually, but as seen in this video; physically destroying things.. It is even worse than grafiti ...
Not sure it isn’t already illegal, in the same way graffiti is. The issue is how do you police it, short of putting a police officer on every stretch of railing on the island? Somehow we need to find a way to educate people to stop polluting the island with the things.
@@LanzaroteInformation Ban the sales of the locks, (Would not stop it, but reduce it perhaps.) and give a huge fine for being caught in the act of putting one on. At least that would spread the message that it is frowned upon, (by word of mouth,) and maybe make some think twice before doing this strange form of vandalism/littering. But yeah, it would be hard to police, true that. It just seems nothing is done. I have seen them remove locks now and then. So at least they are aware of the problem. 😃👍
@@Kraviken Yep. That’s what I suggested, but apparently lots of people bring their own with them, and then it’s dealing with the fact that I need to be able to buy padlocks for around the house. :) The town halls do remove them every few weeks, but it’s a complete waste of people’s time.
I will be there in a few weeks time, my first visit and going solo. Can’t wait!
Hope you enjoy it!
Watching this video this morning made me feel like I woke up in Lanzarote 🤩
Really nice video! Nice walk! Thanks ever so much for making these! 😃👍 ❤
Love this walk, we often enjoy walking from the lighthouse to sandos papaygo when we are on holiday there ♥️♥️ thank you for sharing

Costa teguise in November...on count down as well...thanks for another great video
Thanks for the video. I'll be at the Atlantic Gardens in 8 week's time and counting!
We love a holiday countdown too. :)
El Argentino is a lovely steak restaurant, with great views across the sea, always have a meal there when there.
Nice quiet part of Playa Blanca
@@RayVon1968 We haven’t been there. I’ll add it to our list. Thank you.

Went to Casa Pedro what a grumpy man
Visited most of the island. However, haven't done Playa blanca yet ❤
Which is your favourite part so far?

I was surprised last time I walked from the Town beach to the Rubicon how many red and black crabs were on the rocks, I had never noticed them before

The court case hasn’t happened yet, Joy, but we’ll report on it when it does.
Place is best of Lanzarote
What is the industrial unit between Atlantic Gardens and H10 Timanfaya Palace, we walk past it but don't know it's purpose

@@LanzaroteInformation thanks nice to know
Staying at the H10 next month, how long was the walk into Playa Blanca?
It’s about 3KM into town and 4KM to the marina.
