Love Argos's had an 84 right up to 2019then got a new one Love the new one even better and they do last with proper maintenance i replaced the chains once on the 84
Hey Ed, I think we are long lost cousins. You should invite me up to Moose hunt with you. lol. Them argo's are awesome. I just got back from a Moose hunt in Newfoundland, and they used them. I was amazed at what they put them thru and what you could do with them. Thanks for sharing. Nice video and machine. R. Johnson
Question: will a 4x4 move in that stuff? Looks like the Argo makes this stuff into a pretty smooth ride, I can only imagine riding a 4x4 through that stuff, would it be a living hell on a 4x4?
dedwards8708 Anything but a Tracked atv will not run thru this stuff. There are a few spots hard enough to ride a Healthy ATV with big tires and alot of power, But as a rule, A Argo/Tracked atv is about all that will run in Muskeg !!! We've buried a many ATV trying to run this stuff. I LOVE my Argo Conquest And the Tracks make it almost Unstoppable !!! Atvs might be Faster, But a 8x8 / 6x6 is overall a better UTILITY machine !! If your in a flooded, Wet, Muddy, Snowy, or just plain Nasty area, A Argo is the ONLY choice !! I'll never be without one now that I've experienced what they can do !!! Even have a Hustler 980 6X6 that goes almost anywhere I want And after I install tracks on it, It will go anywhere !!!.
hove strong are the hulls? I take it you have a bilge pump but what size hole or crack can it deal with ? i m thinking the last thing you would want to be doing is slogging back on foot!
Correct statement....Adair's will not tear up your tub if the tracks hit. Adair tracks are much easier on drive train as well. Metal tracks and plastic body to not mix. Adair all the way.
Nushagak77 the tracks don't touch the Argo body, I don't see how you figure Adair tracks are easier on the drive train, with track tuners Escargo tracks are no different than any other tracks as far as wear and tear. I been running the Escargo's for over 2 years now and the machine is still all original, not a single chain, sprocket or bearing has been replaced and the tracks have never ounce touched the body of the machine. Remember you get what you pay for, if you want quality get a set of Escargo's and track tuners.
Yep, they tracks are "NOT" suppose to touch the body, just saying if they do and you have metal grousers better call Agro for a new tube.. Tracks could come of towards the body, and you might get body sag on your argo after a number years...you will hit the tub. Adairs are lighter, and they slide on hard surfaces, easier on drive train.
Great video = with no music added only trail sounds =well done !

I so badly would love to own one , great rig and carry all my trapping gear .
What tire size is your argo with the escargo tracks?
Someday I'm going to get an argo
the 65
the 65 the first
How reliable is the chain drive system? Thanks
Their reliable as the guy maintaining the machine. As long as you keep it in good order and lubed up it’ll never let you down.

They have a double bottom on them
It’s not a race car it’s a crawler if you run fast maintenance for up a lot slow down enjoy the ride and save lots of money
SOLD IM BUYING AN ARGO W/ TRACKS WIDE TRACKS
Did you ever try or see Adair Tracks for argos?
No, Adair are no comparison to Escargo tracks.
